SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING / DELIVERY TIME

We take pride in our efficient team. Orders are dispatched on the same day (please note the cutoff time is 11 am NZST). Your products will be shipped via NZ Post.

In New Zealand, you can expect delivery within 1-2 days, depending on product availability and NZ Post’s service schedule.

For international deliveries, please allow 14-29 days, excluding any customs processing time. Keep in mind that some countries may impose import taxes.

To help you keep tabs on your order, we provide all customers with NZ Post tracking details. These tracking services are available for items ordered between Monday and Friday by 1 pm. Please be aware that all shipping is subject to NZ Post’s terms and conditions. Your satisfaction is our priority!

IMPORT TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES

The buyer is responsible for any applicable sales, GST, or similar taxes associated with their purchase of the Company’s products. These taxes will be added to the invoice, and the buyer is obligated to make the respective payments, unless they furnish the Company with a valid exemption certificate or an acceptable document as per the tax authority’s requirements.

Additionally, the buyer assumes responsibility for any duties and government fees associated with the purchase and import of the company’s products, except when mutually agreed upon and specified in writing in cases where the delivery terms differ.

RETURNS

If you intend to return a product, please ensure it is sent back within 30 days of purchase, in its original unopened packaging. It is important to contact us in advance to obtain the return department address at info@goldrockshilajit.com . Please note that our return and refund policy pertains solely to the product cost.

However, it is essential to mention that this policy does not extend to subscription plans.

Once charges for subscription orders are successfully processed, they are considered final, non-refundable, and non-returnable, regardless of the condition.

EXCHANGES

We are pleased to facilitate product exchanges, provided that the item is returned in its original, unopened packaging. To initiate an exchange, please contact us in advance, specifying the product for which you wish to make the exchange.
